Our home-made traditional pork sausages are made using select cuts of pork shoulder and a home-made blend of herbs and spices. Perfect on the BBQ, under the grill or oven baked. all our pork is hung on the bone for at least a week allowing it to develop maximum flavour and ensure maximum tenderness!
